Document format : I work exclusively with electronic formats. Acceptable file formats are :
- simple text, MS Office, html, odt, pdf
An editable text format (txt, doc, odt, html…) is preferred as this allows better search/manipulation functions and thus speeds up the time required to finish the job. It also gives the number of words and thus helps to give a better quote.
The document can include tables, diagrams, images. Whether page layout needs to be done or not can be discussed.
When the job is finished, normally I’ll send you the file(s) in the appropriate format.
